Anushka is an actress and producer in Bollywood. She is amongst the highest-paid actresses, and has been awarded numerous awards for her acting. Her parents were Kumar Sharma & Ashima Sharma. Anushka Sharma's father was an old colonel. Anushka's mother is a housewife. Anushka's debut as a fashion model was in 2017 after she modelled with Wendell Rodricks at Lakme Fashion Week followed by being selected by Rodricks to appear at the Spring Summer 2007 collection. Anushka has been working with a variety of brands since her debut as models at Lakme Fashion Week. She's been involved in campaigns for Fiat Palio, Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry, as well as Fiat Palio. Anushka Sharma, along with her modelling career, joined an actor's school and started auditioning for film roles. The film was an unexpected success and was praised by the critics. Anushka had completed the contract for three films with Yash Raj Films.
